"Week Of" Wedding & Event Coordination

We will prepare a wedding day schedule (copies sent to vendors and wedding in advance of the event date).
We will prepare and keep an updated file with copies of all items needed to create a successful event.
We will retain copies of vendor contracts and contact vendors prior to event.

We will work with the wedding party to understand the events of the wedding day and to determine where everyone is supposed to be and when they should be there.
We will rehearse the wedding party through the ceremony until we feel that we have everyone ready to make the perfect showing on the wedding day.

We will coordinate and manage the set up and implementation of the ceremony and reception details per the contracts that we have finalized with all of the vendors.
We will assist you with making sure that you have what you need to get ready for your day.
We will send you and your wedding party down the aisle.
We will handle emergencies.
We will do any tasks that we deem necessary to be done on the wedding day.
We will see that your wedding liaison has the gifts packed for transport to your home.
